The Board meets the second Wednesday of every month  at 7 pm at Wilow Slough Fish and Wildlife Headquarters 1607 S 700 W, Morocco, IN. Meetings are open to the public. We encourage anyone interested in parks and recreation to join us.

The mission of the Newton County Parks and Recreation Board is to partner with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and other agencies to develop educational and recreational opportunities for the citizens of Newton County and the region.
